Founder and CEO of Connec2dots, my journey in Change Leadership and Learning and Development started well over two decades ago in Jamaica where I started out my career as a Modern Languages teacher for Spanish and French in a prominent Grammar school.
Passionate about making a difference in my teaching career, I then migrated to France where I lived for 15 years. There, I acquired extensive experience in working on the international arena where I developed my expertise in Learning and Development, Change Management and Coaching Business Executives of Fortune 500 companies in France.
In the UK since 2015, In my 10 years in Management, I contributed to and participated in several implementation programmes focusing on Change Management, Learning and Development, Project management and Leadership Development. I am an Advocate and Agent for Change and People Development and works primarily on D365 Finance ERP and CRM implementations on a global scale, leading and facilitating change adoption.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I hold dual Masters degrees in Adult Education and Educational Sciences, along with certifications in CMI and PROSCI, and training in LUMA design thinking. I am also a certified Executive Business Coach.
Additionally, I authored "The Interactive Whiteboard in Teaching and Learning" for the Faculty of Science and Technology in Paris.
Currently working as a Freelance Consultant, I provide Change Management and L&D Consultancy for organisations undergoing digital transformations in their Microsoft D365 Finance and CRM implementations.
